About: Lisa is a positive force of nature, producing outstanding results for everyone she engages with. Lisa teaches a variety of different disciplines of yoga including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga Conditioning and Hot Yoga.
Qualifications: 600 hours Lisa has completed yoga teacher training programmes in London, Los Angeles, Bali and most recently Austria with well known and highly regarded yoga teacher Dylan Werner as well as travelling to Goa and India on a regular basis.

About: Teaching mainly Vinyasa, Paula focuses on breath-aligned movement and exploration of one's body. Adapting classes to various levels and needs, she loves giving her students exactly what their looking for: whether that's a good sweat session, slow relaxing flow or mindful session allowing you to introspect your own body and mind limitations.

Bio: Miles has been around health and yoga all of his life, growing up with a mother who was a yoga teacher allowed him to be introduced to the practice and it’s philosophy from a young age, but it wasn’t until his early twenties that he began to dive deep into the realms of yoga.
Style: Miles’ class is strong and challenging, following lines of tradition but also bringing an element of play and exploration, you will work hard and leave feeling grounded and connected to both your mind and body.

Additional information / Bio: Jen has been teaching vinyasa yoga for two years years and specialises in teaching yoga to children and families. She loves to create the space with thoughtful music, incense (where permitted), and always allow for a nice savasana and with oil head massages too!
