Ryan is a London-based meditation and mindfulness teacher. With a personal meditation practice stretching back over a decade, put to good use during a 13-year high-pressure career in advertising, Ryan seeks to offer practical coping techniques, backed by the latest neuroscience, to busy and stressed-out Londoners. Ryan specialises in teaching stress-reduction techniques to employees and leadership teams.
Since starting meditating on a daily basis, Ryan has seen his life improve on every metric. He is healthier, happier, and more productive. He sleeps better at night. In fact, he feels like he has to share the wealth by teaching it to others.
Experience: Sophie is a registered mindfulness psychotherapist with over 9 years experience teaching meditation. For meditation, she works with complete beginners and also regular meditators. She works both in one-to-one and group settings and has experience working with all ages from 5 years old to 99 years old. She also plays the gong and can provide sound healing sessions along side meditation.
About: Sophie believes that the question; ‘what is the kindest thing we can say to ourselves?’ may seem simple, but it is also profound. About: Selda is a healer and spiritual guide. She has spent twenty years exploring, travelling and studying the benefits of a yoga lifestyle in the modern world. A former advertising copywriter, she left the corporate field to develop a vocation in well-being. Her hope is to share with as many people as possible, a realistic approach to a balanced life, through bespoke, holistic healing sessions that incorporate energy work, breath, movement and meditation.
Experience: Having studied with some of the world’s most revered teachers, and collaborated with leading voices in the health food/well-being arena, she truly believes that understanding ourselves, through a harmonious body-mind connection, is the beginning of true ease, inner peace and wisdom.
