After a childhood in The Royal Ballet, Hannah studied at Cambridge University where she specialised in late medieval magick, natural philosophy and female pirates.
Then, in her spare time, she found yoga. What began as a dancer's escape from the stage soon became a daily discipline, and several years and several trainings later, she began sharing the yogi love in studios across London.

Vanessa is a London-based Yoga and Barre teacher, Dance artist and Researcher, trained in Vinyasa and Hatha with Hari Om Yoga School, Mandala with The Yoga People, Yin with Sarah Lo, and Rocket with David Kyle.
Informed by almost 30 years of passionate study of movement, she has developed the desire to support people to experience a deeper mind and body connection, with genuine curiosity and self-examination. Her Somatics-inspired Dynamic Vinyasa classes are conceived as an uninterrupted flow of breath and offer free space for playful and creative explorations leading to little dance moments on the mat.
Josh began learning Tai Chi and Qigong from his father at the age of 16, and has now been practicing for over 16 years.
He has studied Yang, Sun and Wu style hand forms and Yang and Wudang sword, as well as two person tai chi exercises such as Pushing Hands and Da Lu.
Josh practices various forms of Qigong, such as Standing Qigong (Zhan Zhuang) and meditation, alongside teaching sets for general health and the various body systems (such as Cardiovascular, Digestive, & Respiratory exercises). He currently studies under Master Huang Ping.
He has also continued to develop his interest in health and wellbeing through somatic movement, yoga and nutrition.

About: Tor started doing yoga regularly in the late 90s and her love for it just keeps on growing. Kat was originally a trained musician, and came came back onto the mat five years ago during a deep depression, and left feeling profoundly Different. In 2015 she trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Bali, and come home with more energy, balance and passion than ever. She is recently home from India where she studied Yin and Mandala Vinyasa, fell out a few trees, and spent a lot of time playing guitar and singing.
Her classes have an emphasis on each practitioner finding what feels best for them – their ‘sweet spot’. She is nurturing and compassionate, and believes strongly in practicing with a playful and open heart.
