WHAT IS IT?
Qigong is a series of movements and meditations drawn from the ancient Chinese art. It is a form of movement meditation accessible to all ages and all levels of experience, teaching practitioners to calm the mind, and move the body in a mindful way, finding stillness in movement, and observing movement in stillness.

HOW IT WORKS:
Suggested 1 hour session
No mats or equipment is needed, but some space is required
The qigong master would lead a short and informative introduction on the history and benefits of qigong
They would then lead a session guiding the practitioners through a movement meditation, possibly including partner work
Practitioners will leave with a greater understanding of how to incorporate mindfulness into their everyday lives.
