Want to get a bit more physical? We have it covered, either right at your office or as a pop up located somewhere convenient. Bringing the sweat to you. Our hiit classes our yoga infused (I know we couldn’t help ourselves) and can also be tailored to your office requirements.

OUR TEACHER

Lettie is a personal trainer, yogi and clinical sports & remedial therapist with comprehensive health and fitness knowledge. 

1:1, she achieves life changing results by coupling her expertise in sports conditioning and yoga with manual therapies, working with you to re-wire bad habits and make you the best version of you.

Her corporate classes are so fun and full of essential nuggets of information from combining all her disciplines, which you can carry through into your other high intensity workouts. You will move, flow, sweat and smile.
