OUR COACH

Jade is a Holistic Health Coach blending her experience of 10 years working with C-Suite and Leadership Teams in the corporate world with the Holistic views of her Integrative Nutritional Health Coaching qualification to discuss a balanced approach to Wellness and High Performance in the workplace.

Her fundamentals of Wellness are broken into 4 categories which is the basis of her 1:1 coaching and corporate coaching. These break these down into individual topic talks:

  2. Mindset – Stress, Mindset & Spirituality

  3. Lifestyle – Environmental, relationships & social life

  4. Career – Career & Finances

With her lengthy background in Corporate she also does talks on the more operational side of things such as:
